The air was full of spicy excitement at yesterday’s Chili Cook-off in downtown West Chester. Attendees cast their votes for their favorite concoctions with wooden nickels. Llocal judges (like lucky me) sampled unmarked chili and picked their top 3 in each category. The event itself was a huge win for the West Chester Rotary club, but the individual winners are as follows…
