WC Dish is a proud sponsor of the upcoming Taste of Chester County Event.

The Chester County Chamber of Business and Industry will showcase local restaurants and caterers on Tuesday, June 10 at this year’s 2008 Taste of Chester County.

The event will take place at CFS, The School at Church Farm, 1001 E. Lincoln Highway, West Whiteland, from 5 to 7 p.m.

A number of local restaurants will be offering samples of their wares. The public will be asked to vote on their favorite dishes in the following caterogries:

1- The Best Taste of Chester County

2- The Sweetest Thing in Chester County

3- The Greatest Glass in Chester County

A celebrity panel of judges will also be at the event to judge their favorites and to present the awards at the event and live on WCOJ 1420am.

The chamber will also award its 2008 Entrepreneur of the Year Award to Bob Batley, owner and president of Stadium Grille. Expo prizes and giveaways will also be announced.

Participating restaurants include Chaddsford Winery, Golden Valley Farms / Redstone Café, La Tolteca, Mabel’s Barbeque, Mile High Steak and Seafood, Montesano Bros. Italian Market & Catering, Pace One, Riverstone Café, Ron’s Original Bar & Grille, The Ship Inn, Stadium Grille, Starbucks, Subway and Victory Brewing Co.

The event follows the Chester County Chamber’s Business Expo. The Business Expo lasts from noon to 5 p.m.
