What’s on tap for Morgan Street’s gateway to health and healing?
Starting September, Gateway Bodyworks will offer Zumba classes every Tuesday at 6 p.m., with a complimentary class held September 14.
Another new offering in the fitness lineup is classes on hula hooping, held every Thursday at 6 p.m., with a complimentary class held September 16.
Sarah Carlisle, RYT, will also begin teaching yoga on Wednesdays at 7:15 p.m. Carlisle has been teaching yoga since she was 6 years of age and has spanned the globe learning yogic philosophy and ayurvedic practices.
Community Acupuncture will take place every week, too, and a free NAET workshop and treatment is slated for September 11.
Yin Yoga returns to the workout roundup, with a workshop to be held with Jim Scully on Friday, September 17 at 7 p.m.
And, if we couldn’t be more pleased with the versatile offering of classes and workshops, Qigong will now be available in the morning on Mondays at 10 a.m., beginning on September 13.
