What’chu talkin’ bout Willis? A tip from Iron Hill Brewery!

Ever since the steamy summer made its debut, I have become slightly obsessed with swirling my beloved beers into creamy ice blends.

During a recent visit to Phoenixville’s Iron Hill Brewery, as I was chitchatting with my server, Steve Willis, and he had mentioned that—in his opinion—the best brews of the local microbrewery were the porters. Soon, the personable Steve dropped the delicious ball.

The well-known, off-the-menu sweet treat recommendation at the Bridge Street locale is drowning a speckled scoop of vanilla bean in Iron Hill’s Pig Iron Porter. Together, the house-made beer and ice cream twist together in perfect harmony.

Without a doubt, Willis knows what he is talking about!
