Bake 425, unveils the hottest, freshest and healthiest trend in the pizza industry, as the first-ever organic pizza and dessert kitchen that opened on the Main Line this month. This revolutionary food industry concept is founded by renowned pizza industry business leaders Peter Howey and Aaron Nocks. Elizabeth Comiskey of Phoenixville’s award-winning Farmers Market joins the pizza arbiters’ team offering expertise in sustainable agriculture and sourcing premium organic ingredients for the finest artisanal pizzas to be cooked and served fresh from the customer’s own oven.
“After having my son Hudson and serving him organic-only foods, I embraced a more health-conscious diet,” admitted Peter. “Bake 425 serves an untapped market with artisanal, organic pizzas that bring the American family back together at the kitchen table.”
The critical touchstones for Bake 425 include: premium ingredients and flavor; convenient, made-to-order service and delivery; family and community involvement; and fun. In addition to its all-organic vegetable, dairy and protein ingredients, Bake 425 offers gluten-free, vegan, whole wheat, and regular thin crust dough to meet all culinary and dietary palettes. Pizza toppings and dessert fillings will vary seasonally to offer the freshest ingredients available at time of harvest. An extensive collection of organic, fresh-from-the-garden salads along with fresh apple crisp and “ginormous” cookies complete the Bake 425 menu items. Prices for individual pizzas, salads, desserts and beverages range from $1.95 to $18.95, making healthy affordable as well.
“I’m passionate to share nature’s bounty of fresh, organic, locally-produced foods with people looking for healthy, fun dining solutions,” explained Elizabeth. “We do the shopping, preparation and delivery for our customers who simply heat the oven and eat the best pizzas and desserts within 12 minutes.”
Bake 425 also serves the community with exclusive artisanal organic pizzas and desserts hosting special in-store monthly events targeting various individuals and organizations. Initial event offerings and catering services include: children’s birthday parties, pizza & wine pairings, realtor “open house” remedies, pre and post-race pep-rallies, charity pizza donations, business community catering, and media days/promotions.
