Conshy’s Isabella Introduces Tapas Tasting Menu

Chef Michael Cappon’s Mediterranean small plate joint, Isabella—which is known  for its focus on organic, fresh and locally-sourced ingredients found stitched amongst top-notch wines and craft beer, incredible tapas and Neapolitan-style pizzas—has decided to offer the public a new way to tour the menu.

Beginning this Monday, April 25th, Cappon will offer an eight-course Tapas Tasting Menu for only $27! Available for dinner every Sunday through Wednesday, the menu features some of eatery’s most popular dishes and with a quick peek at the lineup (see below), we’re sure you will be speeding over pronto.

Isabella Salad

local mixed greens, valdeon cheese, marinated figs and toasted almonds tossed with a pedro ximenez vinaigrette

House Mozzarella

lavender honey and spiced marcona almonds

Tuna Niçoise

olive oil blanched sushi grade ahi tuna with olives, capers, quail egg and caper berry

Cochino Frito

chili-dusted crispy pork belly with a sweet pea puree and pickled onions

mussels in a roasted tomato jus with a crisp potato and arugula salad

Spinach Ricotta Gnocchi

house made ricotta, brown butter, reggiano parmigiano, nutmeg

Pinchos de Carne

chili and roasted garlic marinated beef skewers with a porcini mushroom crema and charred onion

Dessert Trio

espresso creme, chocolate mousse and pear ginger sorbet
