Diane’s Cooking Classes in Exton announces two upcoming classes for September. Diane Mastroianni is a chef who has owned several restaurants over the years and now teaches cooking classes out of her home, providing an intimate way to learn cooking while being served a gourmet meal. Think of it as watching a live televised cooking show, and being served the meal throughout!
Class 091011 – FETTUCINI DINNER CLASS

- Stuffed Baby Eggplant
- Bragiole (a stuffed meat roll) cooked in a tomato sauce
- Home Made Manicotti made in a crepe style
- Sesame Cookies
