Back in 2009, Dogfish Head introduced a very-special, cask-conditioned IPA, perfected in a 15-barrel tank. The beer, known as Dogfish Head 75 Minute IPA, is a blend of 60 and 90 Minute IPAs with a special whole leaf cascade dry-hopping session. Post-hopping, the incredible brewing gang in Delaware transferred the beer into firkins and dosed it with fresh yeast and maple syrup from the “ole family homestead.”
Since the beer, which celebrates the “Man in Black” Johnny Cash, was such a hit, it continues to sneak into area-wide bars, including it coming-soon to Ram’s Head Bar & Grille on Fri., Oct. 21 at 7:50 pm.
The notable beer will additionally be served with some of RH’s appetizer specialties, paired specifically for this occasion. Find Ram’s Head at 40 East Market Street for the must-attend beer event or for more info, visit them online at ramsheadbarandgrill.com.
