Interested in a Ghost Hunting Experience with Downingtown Area Paranormal Investigators?

The local investigators are hosting upcoming classes with the Downingtown Area Recreation Consortuim, to be held Sundays, April 3, 10, 17, and May 1 (there will not be a course on April 24). If you are interested in ghostly beings and paranormal activity, this program is for you! You may remember DAPI from the Downingtown Ghost Walk, and now they are holding a Ghost Hunting 101 Workshop. Learn tips and tricks from Downingtown Paranormal, visit a known haunted Downingtown property with ghost hunting gear and learn tips and tricks to hunt ghosts on your own. The Downingtown-based courses will take place from 7 to 9 p.m., with a class fee of $60 for Non-Res; $75 ( Advanced Registration REQUIRED!)
The courses are as follows:
Session 1: Theory and Terminology: Introduction the class to the tools and methods used for
gathering evidence during paranormal investigations.
Session 2: The Hunt: Students will conduct a paranormal investigation. Instructors will break the group into small teams and cycle through areas of the building where previous activity has been experienced.
Session 3: Analysis: Instructors will teach the class to use tools to analyze the gathered audio, photographic and video evidence, and document their results.
Session 4: Presentation: The class will have the option of presenting the information they gathered to the class. Students will be welcome to bring their own still and video cameras, recorders and any other tools they may have used in personal attempts at paranormal investigation (EMF detector, KS, dowsing rods, pendants, etc.) Laptops will also be useful for the analysis and presentation.
