Want to take part in a five-course feast at Iron Hill Brewery & Restaurant of West Chester, one that celebrates some of the best German flavors?

Iron Hill’s upcoming Brewmaster’s Oktoberfest Beer Dinner will deliciously unfold on Thurs., Oct. 13 at 7 pm. Executive Sous Chef Anthony Young and Brewers Paul Rutherford and Michael Rutkowski prepped an incredible evening, pairing some of Iron Hill’s specialty beers with many mouthwatering, seasonal dishes. Together, the chef and the brewers, will host the multi-course meal, explaining how the dishes and the beers were each concocted and why they decided to pair them together for the feast.

Menu for the beer-infused dinner is as follows:

FIRST COURSE 
House-smoked Brook Trout with rye toast, micro greens and red onion-parsley mousse
Paired with Phightin Phils Pils

SECOND COURSE 

Grilled Wild Boar Sausage with caraway-alt potato salad and bacon vinaigrette
Paired with Altbier

THIRD COURSE 

Mustard-glazed duck leg with baby arugula, bavarian blue cheese and pickled red onion
Paired with Munich Helles Lager

FOURTH COURSE 

German Rouladen, a beef tenderloin stuffed with bacon, onions and pickles served with sage dumplings and natural pan jus
Paired with Oktoberfest

FIFTH COURSE

Chocolate Truffles
Paired with Chocolate Weisse
