Last month, The Mercury published an interview and video with one of our favorite chefs and restaurant owners, Mark Van Horn of French Quarter Bistro of Royersford.

For over 10 years, Van Horn has served up Cajun-Creole-influenced cuisine at his 215 Main Street locale, pairing his well-done fare with a top-notch craft beer selection.
