In the Daily Local‘s latest installment of their online cooking school, Exton’s favorite executive chef, Theo Charitos of beer-centric The Drafting Room, demonstrates his skilled techniques for one of his prized recipes. Appropriately, Chef Theo tends to swirl various beers in his kitchen’s concoctions, and in this cooking lesson, he’s no different.
“Food and beer pairings are our bread and butter. That’s what the buzz is about us,” Charitos said.

Charitos recommends a wheat dopplebock with this meal. He said the “hefty, bold flavors work well with the beer.”
