Upcoming Beer Events at Iron Hill Brewery & Restaurant

Iron Hill Brewery & Restaurant has tons of beer-infused events coming up for the spring season. Pull out your planners and start saving the dates! The events are as follows:

Nave Ale Tapping Party

Friday, April 7, 5 pm to 8pm

This Friday during happy hour, help Iron Hill of West Chester celebrate the tapping of Nave Ale. They have a great server and beer fan working in-house named Sarah Nave. She wanted to brew a beer with her father. Iron Hill really liked her idea, and clan Nave came to brew it a little over 2 weeks ago. The beer is a hoppy apricot wheat beer made with Sorachi Ace and Spanish orange peel. Join them as they tap it on her birthday: Friday night! They have an unfiltered extra dry hopped firkin of it that Nave and her pop will tap at 6:30pm. German beer hall costumes are rumored to be at hand, so wear one if you have one.

Also, be sure and introduce yourselves to their new Assistant Brewer Mike ‘Rut’ Rutkowski of West Chester. More about him and his signature beer Hopkowski are coming!

Rising Sun Disaster Relief Fund Release Party

Friday, April 15th, 2011

Begins at 5pm, All locations, PAYG

100% of the proceeds from the sales of this beer will go to benefit the American Red Cross Japanese relief effort.

Mug Club Spring Tasting

Exclusively for Mug Club Members, Iron Hill of Phoenixville will have a special complimentary tasting of their American IPA paired with a salad of mixed greens with HOP vinaigrette.

They will also be giving away free wine and bourbon barrels! The barrels are empty, but still intact & they make great planters for the spring season. From 5 to 7pm, every Mug Club member that shows their Mug Club card will receive a raffle ticket. When the raffle ends at 7pm,15 winners will be announced! No need to take the barrel home that night. They will hold on to it for pick up at your convenience.
