Saturday, April 28th marks the 47th Annual Plant Sale hosted by the Kennett Square Beautification Committee. The awesome selection will include an assortment of hanging baskets, herbs, annuals, perennials, grasses, native plants, and starter vegetable plantings. The Plant Sale features a special collection of plants dug from the gardens of area garden club members who donate their plants every year.
All profits from purchases will go toward beautifying the Kennett Square area with hanging plants and gorgeous landscaping. It’s a win-win situation for all; customers find a high-quality selection of plants and the local landscape gets a makeover!
This year ART ON THE SQUARE, a new juried art festival, will simultaneously take place with the plant sale, so it’s a double whammy in Kennett Square for all who attend.
The plant sale will be located along East State Street, in front of the Genesis Building, from 8 am to 4 pm. Arrive early for the best selection!
