Do you thirst for knowledge? Do you thirst for good food and beer? This fundraiser is just for you! Pints Between Pages is a beer tasting and food pairing fundraiser being held at the Coatesville Library on Saturday, September 15th.
Guests may attend for $40 per person and be treated to five courses from Triple Fresh Catering. Each delicious course will be matched with a different beer – five courses and five beers! The drink menu will go as far to include Lindeman’s Frambois Lambic, a tasty dessert beer.
In traditional library fashion, an evening like this would never pass by without education so Stoney Creek Home Brewers Association will be on site to discuss the pairings and individual characteristics and guests will also learn how to support the library.
Pints Between Pages was made possible thanks to a borrowed idea from Pottstown Library and generous donations from Victory Brewing Company, Otter Creek and Lamb Beverage. As a bonus to the cuisine and beer, attendees will also have a chance to win gift baskets, quilts, and other raffle items.
