A behind the scenes farm tour organized by Fair Food Philly is weaving through Chester County on Monday, September 10th from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. The catch? This exclusive event is only available for Fair Food members, wholesale buyers, chefs & retailers so if you’re working in the food industry, consider it a must attend.
Tickets, which can be purchased HERE, are just $10 for members and $25 for non-members. Each guest attending must bring a dish to enjoy during the potluck lunch and after touring Wyebrook Farm and Birchrun Hills, attendees will surely have an appetite. Local beer & spirits will be available from Victory Brewing Company & Subarashii Kudamono.
Remember, this is an all day affair that gets down to the nitty gritty so be prepared for a unique, but long and fun experience. Wear comfortable clothing and closed-toed shoes, bring a camera, water and lite snacks. See you on the farm!
