Muse Restaurant put on a nifty show last week that transported their guests back in time. Owners Shannon and Michael Hall and their enthusiastic crew transformed their eclectic BYOB into a Prohibition scene straight from the 1920s! A menu was crafted through inspiration of the culinary trends and experimentations from the past including cream of celery, Waldorf salad, pan-seared rockfish, chicken fricassee, Seafood Newburg and caramel custard.
Black Walnut Winery and Philadelphia Distilling were on-site perfectly pairing a wine with each course and offering unique cocktail creations. The restaurant was filled with satisfied diners, some decked out for the occasion—but all engulfed in the spectacular experience.
PA Eats (and our fancy red carpet) caught everything through the eye of a camera and are happy to share it with you for reminiscing (in case you attended) or for a first-time glimpse. Their cuisine always tastes as good as it looks so don’t be afraid to stop in if you like what you see!
