Del Frisco’s Double Eagle Steakhouse Hosts Mrs. Furino’s Wine Dinner, Oct. 17

When you’re Italian, Sunday is a very special day. Time for food, family and fun…and wine, of course. Although not a regular occurrence for everyone, it’s something all generations should experience at least once in their lifetime. On Wednesday, October 17th, that chance will arrive at Del Frisco’s Double Eagle Steakhouse.

Inspired by a wonderful Sunday supper in her own Hoboken home, the CEO of Del Frisco’s Restaurant Group Mark Mednansky will be joining Claire Furino, mother of Regional Manager Richie Furino, in the kitchen for this very special event.

Mrs. Furino’s Wine Dinner, slated to begin at 6 p.m., will bring the taste of Italy to Del Frisco’s dining room with a 5 course menu specially designed and cooked by Mrs. Furino herself. Each course will also be paired with a hand-selected Pio Cesare wine. With Mark as her sous chef and her son Richie, as well as Executive Chef John Stritzinger, helping out in the kitchen, it is sure to be a memorable night! One look at the menu below and you will surely agree.

Tickets are $250 a plate and $50 from each purchase will be donated to BreastCancer.org. To purchase tickets or gather more information please contact Private Dining Coordinator, Jessica Kiefer, at 215-246-0533 or e-mail [email protected].
