Supper and Bistrot La Minette Collaborate for Heirloom Tomato Feast

There is no such thing as too many heirlooms, right? Recently, everywhere you turn, foodies and gardeners are celebrating the passed down plants. This is true when casting eyes upon the menu at Supper on Wednesday, August 22nd and at Bistrot La Minette this Thursday, August 23rd.

Chef Prensky and Chef Woolsley are excited to be teaming up for two nights of collaborative tomato dinners. The two chefs have created a multi-course menu, featuring a bounty of heirloom and green tomatoes from Supper’s Blue Elephant Farm.

The special dinner is priced at $35 per person or $50 per person with wine pairings. Reservations can be made, and are highly suggested, by calling each restaurant for their respective nights. They plan to feature the same menu on both nights but there will be different wine pairings at each restaurant. You can scope out the menu and Supper’s wine pairings below then visit Bistro’s website for their unique wine offerings.
