Heirloom Debuts New Winter Menu, Featuring Pig Cheeks, Persimmons and Potpies!

HeirloomWinterMenuHeirloom’s Chef Al Paris will be pushing Chestnut Hill diners beyond their comfort zone this winter with his innovative Farm-to-Table menu. The chef’s new collection of seasonally inspired cuisine features local favorites like risotto, pot roast and pot pie incorporating ingredients such as Fuyu persimmons, Madeira cured kumquats and Medjool dates!

In the two weeks since Heirloom’s menu dropped, the Roast Local Beet, Pear & Fuyu Persimmon Salad and Crab & Shrimp Chop Salad have been first course standouts. Paris’ Winter Oyster & Tasso Pot Pie and his Chanterelle Risotto with Crisp Sweetbreads have become notable instant favorites. And entrees such as Short Rib of Beef Pot Roast and Berkshire Pig Cheeks & Candied Belly have earned praise that is often reserved for the top dining rooms in Center City. Here’s the entire menu:
