JPM Catering Relocates to Ardmore’s Historic District, Preps to Debut “The Tasting Room” Eatery in September

JPM Catering is on the move! The full-service catering company will be heading to Lancaster Avenue in Ardmore’s Historic District, where it will launch its first retail concept, The Tasting Room.

The 20-seat eatery at 8 E. Lancaster Avenue is expected to open sometime in September. Its full-scratch kitchen will serve seasonal lunch and dinner items, including a wide range of hors d’oeuvres, entrees, desserts and all-natural beverages made with housemade syrups. The rotating menu will also include year-round standards like JPM’s Kale Salad, Triple Mac & Cheese and Focaccia. The Tasting Room will feature organic and local ingredients, as well as 100 percent compostable takeout service ware.

“The Tasting Room will give us an opportunity to introduce our brand of food to new customers and stay connected with our established catering clients,” says JPM Founder and Chief Catering Officer Jennifer McCafferty, who will oversee a kitchen that specializes in seasonal, New American offerings with Mediterranean influences. The Tasting Room will stay open late for special events and community happenings.

JPM Catering’s new location will also serve as the company’s home base for its catering operations, which include weddings, corporate catering and other milestone occasions at a variety of venues and private homes throughout the Main Line and Greater Philadelphia.

“Our family lives in Ardmore. There are a lot of exciting things happening here,” says JPM Director of Operations Joe Petrucci. “It’s a great place to raise a family. There are more places than ever to eat, drink and enjoy live entertainment, and a wide range of retail experiences to be had. We hope to join the many great businesses here who are helping the community thrive.”

JPM’s move to Ardmore’s Historic District coincides with a rebrand and new website, which will be unveiled by Labor Day. Stay tuned to Main Line Dish for all the details!
