People’s Light & Theatre‘s next show, Noises Off, is set to premier July 10 on the Main Stage! Written by award-winning author Michael Frayn and directed by Pete Pryor, the show follows a dysfunctional company of actors as they prepare for the opening performance of the play-within-a-play Nothing On. Plot twists include love triangles, lacy lingerie and plates of sardines in a hilarious look at what can happen behind the curtain.
Enjoy a prix fixe dinner and a show package for $70 (Wednesday and Thursday) and $80 (Friday through Sunday) at The Farmhouse Bistro. That’s a 10% savings off the single ticket price! Already have tickets? Add on dinner for just $35. Check out the menu here.
You can also join the theatre for Scoop on Sunday, a lively discussion before the 7 p.m. performance. A member of the cast and a People’s Light artistic staff member will fill you in on the world of the play, how and why it was chosen it, as well as how the show was cast, designed and rehearsed. This program, which starts at 5:30 p.m. in The Farmhouse Bistro, is just $15 and includes light fare. A cash bar will also be available. Call the box office to reserve a space.
The show runs through August 4. Learn more, and get tickets here!
