There’s always a time and place for dancing. Typically there has to be some music involved and on Saturday, March 9th that will be the case at Waterloo Gardens. From 7 to 10 p.m., the unique Exton venue will host Let’s Dance! Evening Gala for the ALS Hope Foundation.
The benefit will include live music and dancing with the George Whittam Big Band and vocalist Janeen Walker. Fourteen musicians will play guests’ favorite music from the Big Band era, such as Duke Ellington, Count Basie, and Frank Sinatra to rock classics from Aretha Franklin, Brian Setzer, and Marvin Gaye.
This year’s gala will also feature chef’s tastings from area restaurants, plus silent and live auctions. A percentage of proceeds from merchandise purchased at the home and garden store will also benefit the ALS Hope Foundation. This benefit is one for the ages and a special night that would be a shame for you to miss.
Tickets are available for $75 per person. Email [email protected] or call Patti May at 610.363.0800. All proceeds benefit the ALS Hope Foundation.
