The WRN Women’s Leadership Awards Program recognizes women who demonstrate excellence in their personal and professional accomplishments, serve and contribute to their communities in meaningful ways, and make valuable contributions toward the advancement of women within their business or profession. This year, the awards will be presented Tuesday, May 14, from 11:15 a.m. to 1:30 p.m. at the WRN Annual Awards Celebration Luncheon and PA Eats’s very own Mary Bigham is set to be the be keynote speaker.
As creator of PA Eats and Vidalia’s Vintage, on-air radio personality, and past recipient of the WRN Business Woman of the Year award, Mary wears many different hats and she’ll be talking about all of them in her speech titled, “Been there. Doing that. Still figuring it out!”
Unfolding at the Wyndham Garden Exton Valley Forge (formerly the Inn at Chester Springs) in Exton, the cost to attend is $25 for members and $30 for guests when pre-registered online by 9:00 a.m. on Thursday, May 9.
Nominations are open for this year’s WRN Awards program so download the nomination form and make sure your nominee is considered. Also note, nominations must be received on or before March 12, to be considered. Awards will be based on achievements from January 2011 to the present. While anyone may submit a nomination, all nominees must be current members of the Women’s Referral Network of Chester County.
