Beer, Burger & Cupcake Pairing Dinner Menu
- Chicken and Waffle Burger: secretly seasoned and sauced hand-pressed ground chicken slider on beer-battered waffle buns paired with Goose Island Sophie and cupcake
- Scrapple Burger: blended patty of ground beef and Habbersett scrapple topped with a fried egg, cheddar cheese and chipotle mayo paired with Goose Island Matilda and cupcake
- Cuban Burger: beef patty topped with beer glazed prosciutto, roasted pork, pickles, pepper jack cheese and dijon mustard paired with Goose Island Pepe Nero and cupcake
