Exton Restaurant Review: Forage American Brasserie

Forage

There’s a relatively new addition to the Exton dining scene—Forage American Brasserie. With a farm-to-table focus and a menu that offers many gluten-free and vegan items in addition to entrees comprised of a variety of meat and seafood ingredients, Forage offers a bit of something for all culinary tastes.

Main Line Today visited Forage American Brasserie and had the opportunity to take in its rustic charm and wide array of menu offerings prepared by chef/co-owner Ralph Fernandez and chef de cuisine Dan Gervasi. From the delicious tri-colored beets plate to the Spanish octopus, Forage provides a wide and eclectic menu for its guests to enjoy.
