You can also celebrate by enjoying Phillips’ signature cocktail, the Blue Crab Margarita, or purchasing a 100th Anniversary Cookbook. Proceeds from both of these purchases will benefit the Maryland Watermen’s Association (MWA). When you buy a Blue Crab Margarita, $1 from each purchase will be donated to the MWA; all proceeds from the cookbook will be donated to the MWA.
