Solstice Fire (June 20)
On June 20, the canal of Manayunk will be festively lit with 12 floating pontoons to mark the longest day of the year and serve as the kickoff party for Manayunk Arts Festival. Starting at 5 p.m., this family-friendly event will offer live performances, a live native animal show presented by the Schuylkill Center and a performance by Invisible River.
Manayunk Arts Festival (June 21–22)
Be sure to visit Manayunk to attend the Arts Festival, now in its 25th year. With over 300 artists lining Main Street, the festival offers artistic creations to fit every taste. You better believe that the options are going to be plentiful and spectacular at the largest outdoor juried arts festival. Head to Manayunk on June 21 or June 22 and see all of the beautiful artistic creations placed perfectly throughout this picturesque town.
Beast & Ale Opening (Mid-June)
Another top three happening in Manayunk during June is the opening of the much-anticipated Beast & Ale. Beast & Ale will open at 4161 Main Street and will feature comfort food with an outdoor deck and bar. This is the perfect summer spot to enjoy the picturesque aspects of Manayunk.
