This just in: Frank Herron of Barnaby’s fame is opening up a new West Chester spot—Saloon 151.
Opening at 151 West Gay Street (formerly Kooma and Mustard Greens) and on the same block as Penn’s Table, Saloon 151 will be a popular spot for those eager to enjoy an extensive whiskey program, among other offerings.
