This small batch spirit, made only six barrels at a time, is truly versatile in its flavor profiles. It’s aged for a minimum of three months in a new American oak barrel, which lends undertones of “caramel and whiskey without sacrificing juniper or pepper notes,” cites distiller Bill Tambussi.
This Philadelphia produced spirit will only be available for 30 days, so gin lovers and craft cocktail lovers are encouraged to make their purchase early.
