Coming Soon: Easton Public Market (March 18)

Easton Public Market Exterior

The Lehigh Valley will soon welcome its first enclosed public food market, which is modeled after Reading Terminal Market in Philadelphia.

Friday, March 18, marks the opening date for the highly anticipated Easton Public Market, comprising more than 15 vendors and including the Lehigh Valley’s first Asian noodle bar. Check out the full vendor list on the market’s website.

With locally butchered meats, artisan cheeses, fresh produce, local wine, craft beer and prepared foods, the Easton Public Market will serve as a 16,000-square-foot shopping center and eatery. The market will be open five days a week with hours of operation from 9 a.m.–7 p.m. on Wednesdays through Saturdays and 9 a.m.–3 p.m. on Sundays. Some vendors may have additional hours.

There will be a job fair from 6:30–8 p.m. on Tuesday, February 23, at the market. For more information, visit the market’s website and follow along on Facebook.
