As if this challenge isn’t enough reason to rush out and pick up some Vital IPA—there’s the beer itself. It stands alone in the IPA realm because it finishes like a Pilsner. Victory’s German-trained brewers crafted the brew with a clean Pilsner German malt base, intensely aromatic American dry hops (Simcoe, Chinook and Citra), a very unique Kolsch ale-yeast strain, extremely dry fermentation and filtered clarity. This makes Vital IPA light-bodied and golden with rich notes of pine, tropical fruits and stone fruits for a most refreshing, crisp sip.

Watch the full 411 from Victory’s co-founder and co-brewmaster Bill Covaleski and director of brewery operations James Gentile:

“Vital IPA begins as an IPA and finishes as a Pilsner, providing an entirely unique flavor experience,” Bill explained. “We wanted to make an IPA that was a real cooler beer, something you reach for on a hike, at a concert or at the beach.”

How’d they do? Show Victory it’s #VitalToWhereYouAre and you might just walk away with sweet keepsakes.
