Head to Bottle Room on Wednesday, July 19 at 6 p.m. to try some of California’s Firestone Walker Brewing Company‘s coveted limited release beers. Bottle Room will be serving $30 flights of the following rare brews:

  • 10 oz. West Side Beavo: American Pale Lager that’s a one-off collaboration with London-based Beavertown Brewery
  • 5 oz. Bretta Rose: Low ABV Berliner Weisse style ale, acidified and matured in French oak puncheons for 6 months with 1,000 pounds of fresh raspberries added during secondary fermentation
  • 5 oz. Krieky Bones: Flanders Red style beer aged 24 months in a 2,200 gallon French oak foeder, with sour Montmorency cherries added during secondary fermentation
  • 5 oz. Lil Opal: Sour farmhouse-style ale that helped launch Firestone Walker’s Barrelworks wild yeast beer program
  • 5 oz. Agrestic: DBA aged on French and American oak for between eight and 36 months, then blended to achieve tasting notes of toasted oak, lemon pith and rosewood swirl on the nose, followed by vanilla, coconut, Earl Grey tea, dark cherries and spice

Additionally, Bottle Room will be tapping kegs of both Bretta Weisse and Union Jack IPA, and Kate from Firestone Walker will be on site with swag. Love Union Jack? Crowlers of one of Firestone Walker’s most beloved flagship beers will be $1 off during the event.
