It is with heavy hearts that we share the news that one of our farm-to-table favorites, Fidler & Co. in Biglerville, Pa., is shutting its doors, effective immediately.
Chef/Owner Josh Fidler says, “It’s been such an incredible honor to bring this level of food to Adams County. I have loved nothing more than making food for all of our guests. This is a difficult time and decision for me, but the memories we’ve made, the food we’ve created and team that we’ve had will always be so special to me. Thank you for all of your support and understanding during this difficult time.”
Effective immediately, Fidler & Co. is closed. The abrupt and difficult decision to close was made just this week, as financial resources were not available.
We are so sorry to see this restaurant go, and wish Chef Fidler and his crew the best of luck in future endeavors.
