The wine is a good one: a sustainable, organic malbec from Bodega Calle, located in the prestigious wine region of Luján de Cuyo in Mendoza, Argentina. The libation was selected by wine manager Tim Kweeder and is the ideal accompaniment for pairing with this Argentine-style dish.
