With the summer in full swing, and everyone in the Philadelphia region looking for cool refreshments to help beat the heat, Elevation Burger has decided to introduce to its summer menu a duo of healthy and indulgent icy beverages: Chocolate and Vanilla Avocado Milkshakes are now available at both the Willow Grove and Collegeville, Pa. locations.
The 16-ounce shakes, which are priced at $6 each, feature homemade recipes including avocado, two scoops of ice cream and milk, along with a number of other ingredients. Customers may choose between chocolate or vanilla. And, in celebration of National Avocado Day on Tuesday, July 31, Elevation Burger will be offering these shakes for 50% off to all customers!
“I wasn’t sure how well the flavors would work when we first discussed creating these shakes, but the avocado blended beautifully with the ice cream, and they’re so delicious that I could have one of these every day,” said Chris Phillips, Elevation Burger franchisee. “The avocado works as a flavor enhancer, and adds some nice health benefits to the tasty treat, and it’s definitely perfect as a hot summer refreshment, or just a delicious option to enjoy with a burger and some fries. We’re excited to introduce these to our customers for half-price on National Avocado Day.”
