Owner/chef Jonathan Amann has been recognized throughout the region for his culinary creativity, as illustrated in many different types of competitions, including this past weekend’s (c)Hopped Competition presented by PA Eats & Whole Foods Market on June 7.

First Course: Caribbean Chowder
Shrimp, Scallops, Coconut Milk, Bell Pepper, Pineapple, Jamaican Spice

Second Course: Baby Spinach Salad with a Dijon Pancetta Dressing
Gorgonzola, Fried Egg, Roasted Peppers, Balsamic Cipollini Onions, Crispy Pancetta

Third Course: Maryland Blue Crab Ceviche
