Secretary Redding, PA Tourism Office Executive Director Katie Burger and Dave Lapp of Lapp Valley Creamery kick off the 2026 Scooped Ice Cream Trail.

Pennsylvania is a dairy heavyweight, ranking 10th nationally for milk production and home to approximately 5,000 dairy farms, many of them family owned. Naturally, this fuels a robust ice cream industry, with countless creameries, ice cream shops, gelaterias and parlors dotting the state.
