It’s time to prepare your palate for an experience beyond the sense’s imagination. Twelves Grill & Cafe is presenting a special wine dinner which will represent the Languedoc Region of Southern France. A specialist will be on site from New Vision Wines to explore the uniqueness of each selection.
Chef Tim Smith, owner of Twelves Grill & Cafe, plans on creating tasteful masterpieces to pair with the following carefully selected wines:
- Domaine de Peyrat Sauvignon Blance
- Seigneurie de Peyrat Tradition White
- Domaine de Peyrat Pinot Noir
- Seigneurie de Peyrat Tradition Red
Tim Campbell of New Vision Wines will be educating guests about these wines throughout the dinner. As an importer, exporter and distributor focused on small, family owned and unique wineries, New Vision Wines brings unique vino choices to local restaurants and wine connoisseurs.
