Beech Springs Farm Delivers Top-Notch Mediterranean Cuisine at Autumn Sunday Supper (Sept. 11)

Chef Taylor DavisBeech Springs Farm is hosting yet another fabulous Sunday dinner, and this month’s offering will bring Mediterranean fare to the forefront!

Chef Taylor Davis of Tutoni’s will be the guest chef at the Autumn Sunday Supper on September 11. The five-course dinner, with wine pairings from Halbrendt Winery, will take place from 5–8 p.m. and feature spectacular culinary offerings including charcuterie, Beech Springs Farm’s own heirloom tomatoes, braised pork belly and more. While you dine on these perfectly prepared courses, enjoy the smooth jazz sounds of Kerensa Gray.

First Course

Charcuterie: house-made pickled vegetables, toasted bread, chicken liver pate, head cheese
 

Second Course

Beech Springs Farm heirloom tomatoes, basil, balsamic caviar, micro herbs, fresh Caputo Brothers mozzarella 
 

Third Course

Ricotta tortellinis: smoked pork belly broth, pickled mushrooms, micro herbs, Caputo Brothers ricotta
 

Fourth Course

Braised pork belly: Rettland Farm pork belly, navy beans, Swiss chard, squash, pork jus
 

 Fifth Course

Olive oil cake, raspberry compote, local spiced honey

Tickets for this Mediterranean-inspired meal are $95 per person and include a welcome drink, five courses, wine pairings, musical entertainment and tax and gratuity. Plus, a portion of the proceeds will benefit Historic Gettysburg Adams County (HGAC) historic preservation programs. Reserve your place as soon as possible—this event is limited to just 40 guests!
