Coming Soon to Chester Springs: Epicurean Garage

Chester Springs will be gaining a new addition in late April with the opening of Epicurean Garage at 570 Simpson Drive. The future eatery will be serving up “honest eats and cold beer,” and the restaurant is the conception of the owner of the former American Bar and Grill.

According to Chef/Owner Lee Krasley, Epicurean Garage will be pleasing the crowds with “gastrodiner”-esque farm-to-table comfort food. The new spot will also offer outdoor dining and live music.

The scratch kitchen will utilize seasonal ingredients, and almost all ingredients will be sourced from within 50 miles of the restaurant. The menu will contain extensive offerings, ranging from creative appetizers to enticing main dishes. Plus, breakfast items will be available all day and night, and blue plate specials will be offered every day. Some of the unique items which Chef Krasley will be serving up include a wild mushroom, bacon and brie grass-fed Lancaster County Angus burger, Chesapeake jumbo lump crab cake, meatloaf with wild mushroom brown gravy, fried chicken and waffles with cayenne honey, Texas chili, lollipop lamb chops and so much more!

“I am so happy to be back in the restaurant business and to be back in the kitchen full time,” states Chef Krasley. “I love cooking, I love being on the line.”

The interior will boast an industrial chic vibe, with exposed brick walls, eye-catching lighting, and a mixture of bar seating, hi-top tables and additional tables and booths.

“I am so blessed to be able to do what I love and I want our guests to feel that appreciation for their support,” says Chef Krasley. “We will provide them with a fun menu that everyone in the family can enjoy.”
