Coming to King of Prussia: North Italia

The Greater Philadelphia culinary scene is booming, with restaurants popping up around every corner at a breakneck pace. The next restaurant on deck is North Italia in King of Prussia.

This will be the first location for the North Italia chain in Pennsylvania — other locations are in Arizona, California, Colorado, Kansas, Nevada and Texas. This new outpost will offer the Main Line dining crowd a plethora of Italian favorites and new delicacies. Details are still being uncovered, including whether this will be situated inside or outside the King of Prussia Mall (the address listed is 350 Mall Boulevard), but here’s what we know so far regarding what to expect once North Italia is open:

Looking at other locations of North Italia, we can see that the menu will feature made from scratch Italian fare, such as prosciutto bruschetta, Italian meatballs, arancini, Margherita pizza, “The Pig” pizza with spicy pepperoni, soppressata and Italian sausage, burrata tortelloni and red wine glazed short rib, just to name a few!

Extensive Wine, Beer and Cocktail Options

In addition to wine varietals, ranging from Chardonnay to Chianti, North Italia also features a section dedicated to local craft beer. We can’t wait to see what Pennsylvania brews are in the spotlight on the King of Prussia local beer list! For the cocktail-craving crowd, choose from tried-and-true classics and unique twists on your old favorites, crafted by the mixologists behind the North Italia bar.

Kids’ Menu for the Littles

All are welcome at North Italia, even the youngest Italian food lovers. The kids’ menu at North Italia is certain to please your youngsters with spaghetti, grilled chicken, cheese pizza, cheeseburger, crispy chicken strips and more.

The Happiest of Hours

North Italia helps you celebrate the end of the workday with a special happy hour menu. Many of the North Italia locations run their happy hour specials from 3–6 p.m. Monday through Friday and feature half-off the price of bottles of wine on Sundays. The drink specials feature discount prices for red wine, white wine, sangria and beer, with special pricing for a few light bite items, such as the zucca chips, pizza, bruschetta and chef’s board with cheese and charcuterie.
