Coming Soon to Philadelphia: Clubhouse, a Multi-Concept Sports Lounge

Tired of the usual sports bars? Clubhouse Sports Lounge, opening at 111 South 17th Street in Rittenhouse Square on Friday, January 26, is sure to do the trick!

The multi-concept space will offer a truly unique experience, including the city’s only “ice lounge,” along with multiple escape rooms, all in one exciting day-to-night sports lounge.

The 10,000-square-foot space includes two themed escape rooms, plus an interactive ice lounge in partnership with Malinalli Tequila, two full-service bars, gigantic TVs and projection screens, throw-back video games and two pool tables.

The escape rooms include “Escape The Titanic” and “Casino Heist” and are ideal for both corporate planners and entertainment seekers who wish to put their team efforts into motion to see if they can find their way out.

As for the one-of-a-kind ice room, also known as the Malinalli Room, guests will be intrigued by the 200 square feet of frozen décor, which will transport them to a Siberian-inspired escape where they can taste liquor chilled to negative 5 degrees Celsius and marvel at the interior, including walls, ceilings and chairs, all constructed of ice. Creative ice sculptures will also be displayed throughout the room for guests to marvel at as they don faux fur coats and gloves and choose to partake in enjoying multiple spirits, an ice luge and a caviar station.

“We have been in this business for a decade now and want to give customers visiting our city, and Philadelphians alike, something different and exciting to experience,” said Mark Marek, managing partner of Clubhouse. “We offer versatility throughout our concept for guests to build their own experience each time they come – whether that’s enjoying a sports game on our big screens after work, having a team outing in one of our escape rooms during work, or joining friends for the chill-of- their-life in our Malinalli ice lounge, there’s really something for everyone.”
