The Bercy in Ardmore Adds Weekend Brunch Service

At the end of April, we happily reported Ardmore would be gaining a new restaurant focusing on a modern take of French cuisine in the form of The Bercy. Now, just shy of the restaurant being open for 3 months, we are thrilled to report an impeccable brunch is now being cooked up in The Bercy’s kitchen.

Join The Bercy for its brunch every Saturday and Sunday, from 11 a.m.– 3 p.m., for a classic French take on your favorite weekend activity.

The menu ranges from smoked salmon Benedict or avocado toast to escargot and steak tartare. Go big with “le grand Bercy,” which features 16 assorted oysters, shrimp cocktail, lobster cocktail, king crab cocktail, marinated razor clams and assorted crudo. Or go a bit smaller with “le petit Bercy,” which includes eight assorted oysters, shrimp cocktail, king crab cocktail, marinated razor clams and assorted crudo. Both options are ideal for sharing with a group of friends!

Grab a pastry basket to share, as well, and ask about the quiche du jour. If you’re craving something sweet, make a beeline for the French toast. As far as salads go, we’re eying up the shaved beet, carrot and pear salad with bleu cheese and candied walnuts. And, as always, the fromage and charcuterie options are calling our name.

And, the cocktails: We couldn’t forget about those. Start your weekend morning off right with a paloma, which features tequila, fresh grapefruit, lime and salt, or a more classic option like a bloody Mary or a mimosa. You can’t go wrong with anything off its brunch cocktail menu.

All summer long, make The Bercy, with its brand-new brunch options, part of your weekend plans.

Find The Bercy at 7 E. Lancaster Ave. in Ardmore; phone: (610) 589-0500.
