In early 2019, we kicked off our Pennsylvania Kitchen video series by welcoming into our studio Chef Josh Fidler. When he was in our studio, Chef Fidler cooked some of his favorite locally inspired dishes. He taught us to make vegetarian “chicken” and waffles with Kennett Square mushrooms, and scrapple with dippy eggs.
