Grab your tickets now to Deer Creek Malthouse‘s summer must-attend event: Malt-a-Palooza! On Saturday, June 16, from 11 a.m.–4 p.m., meet your friends at the malthouse to celebrate grain harvest and learn what it takes to make food and beverages with Pennsylvania Craft Malt!
Deer Creek Malthouse is the first commercial malting operation in Pennsylvania since Prohibition, producing handcrafted, high-quality, flavorful malt on the farm by using traditional floor germination techniques.

Be prepared to explore malt-inspired food, beer and spirits served by many of Deer Creek’s customers and friends. You’ll also be able to catch live music throughout the day.
Here’s what to expect:
- Beer: Levante Brewing Co., Sterling Pig Brewery, Locust Lane Craft Brewery, Two Rivers Brewing, Tuned Up Brewing, Brewery ARS, Attic Brewing Co. and Troegs Brewing Co.
- Spirits: New Liberty Distillery (whiskey-tasting included with ticket)
- Food: Lost Bread Co.‘s full service food truck
- Music: Joshua Chase Miller, Jeff Selby, Midnight Singers and more!
Bring the family and the dog (on a leash, please) out for a very kid- and family-friendly event! There will be a large picnic area, yard games, children’s activities and wagon rides, including guided tours of the malthouse. All activities are included with event ticket! The price of your ticket includes a 10-ounce beer and a 2-ounce whiskey tasting. Admission is free for kids under 14 years old.
Please note, there is absolutely no outside food or beverages permitted.
