Carlos E. Vargas, chef/owner of Kaboburritos, is bringing a new culinary experience to Kennett Square with the introduction of Rump Roasters, a sensational sandwich shop set to open in June at The Market at Liberty Place.
The new eatery will be located front-and-center at The Market and will feature 10 different sandwich offerings: five cold options, and five hot options. Guests will be able to choose carved-to-order slow-roasted pork, turkey, beef, chicken and local mushrooms as the main proteins on fresh bread, baked in-house. The same proteins will be available over salad, as a mac-and-cheese or tater tot bowl, or as part of a “meat and three” platter. Homemade sides, like coleslaw, potato salad, pasta salad and stuffing, will be up for grabs, and homemade deli cuts and cheeses will be available by the pound.
Dine in or take out, but whatever you choose to do, just be sure to visit the new Rump Roasters once the dining establishment opens at The Market at Liberty Place in June.
Once open, find Rump Roasters at The Market at Liberty Place at 148 W. State St. in Kennett Square.
