Nourish PA For Kids: Pineapple, Carrot and Raisin Salad

Ingredients

  • 1 (10-ounce) bag shredded carrots, or 3 carrots, peeled and shredded
  • 1 cup canned pineapple chunks, drained
  • 1/2 cup raisins
  • 1/4 cup plain yogurt

Method

  1. In a large bowl, mix carrots, pineapple, raisins and yogurt together until coated.
  2. Keep refrigerated in an airtight container until ready to serve.
