Trendy meets traditional with these Avocado & Smoked Salmon Toasts with Egg.


  • Avocado
  • Seeded baguette, sliced
  • Lemon juice
  • Organic large brown eggs
  • Smoked salmon
  • Fresh chives, chopped


Hard boil 1 egg for every 3 appetizers you’d like to make. When cool,
peel and slice.

Cut baguette into quarter inch thick slices and toast.

Smash avocado and add a little lemon juice, then spread on baguettes. Top with sliced eggs, one slice of smoked salmon and chopped chives.
