For an unforgettable cocktail, try this sophisticated twist on a classic martini: Combine green grapes, ice wine (a type of dessert wine produced from grapes that have been frozen while still on the vine) and vodka.
Makes 2 cocktails
- 10 ounces fresh green grapes
- 2 ounces Pa. Ice Wine
- 2 ounces vodka
Place the grapes and ice wine in a blender, and blend until liquefied.
Strain through a fine mesh strainer over a cocktail shaker filled with ice.
Add the vodka and shake vigorously.
Strain into chilled martini glasses, and garnish with one green grape.
